30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of a UNIVERSUS course membership or coaching plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through our contact page with the email address used at checkout and the plan you purchased. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit after it is issued.

Cancelling a Subscription

All memberships and coaching plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period and no further renewals are charged.
